Hi, what should i do when i have pain under the knee? Its called " Osgood schlatters disease " .

Patrick Fic i have the same condition. Dealt with it for a year and a half thinking it was tendonitis. Go to a sports doctor and get a prescription anti-inflammatory. Mine was called nabumetone and i havent had much pain since ive been taking it. I now only use it when pain flares up on occassions

Had mine for 3 years, now im good. To be honest what helped me the most, was ice after every practice, Taping, rest and minimizing cutting movements, also improving jumping technique helped.

Vellenga71 so nice once you out grow certain things like that, because I had severs (I think it is called), where you feel as though nails are going into your heel, but out grew it and virtually feel no pain anymore
