In your opinion, would fresh garlic work or does the garlic power distribute the flavor better?

Fresh garlic works well but can dominate the flavor pattern if you are not careful. I recommend that you sauté the garlic with the onion to prevent it from being overpowering. Thanks for watching and for taking the time to comment!
