Thank you so much for this video. The topic is really important for self-help! How can oneself heal insecure attachments from the childhood? What is meant with fear response or protection response? Love your videos really a lot!

What would the long term effects be on a person, or population, that took oxytocin unnecessarily? In other words...if a group of "normal" people were given oxytocin...what behaviors could we expect to see? Edit: particularly in males with regards to chronic stress

I really look at your love of using studies for the latest and greatest new research material as motivational for me. People pushing the edge of the envelope are good to watch and keep up with! 👀 Right when you think it is "game over" there is new hope again. This is good for people with depression who are low on hope.

I hate to be so glowing, but in mythological terms you would be akin to "The Goddess of Love" of Higher Education. Practical advice from a Goddess who "understands" on a deeper level 🧞‍♀. I have a goddess "outfit". Maybe I will put in on when it gets warm (it's for the summer), but it is gold, with gold sandals, and my skin will be golden brown from the sun. I bought it a few years ago but never wore it! Maybe I am identifying with you, Doc Snipes. How much fun is that! It's a little like you are a ROLE MODEL., one of my first (my mother was a ***tch and a cold narcissist, competing to the end with her daughter, and I did not want to be that).

Didnt know vitamin D and oxytocin are connected. It explains things
@DocSnipes
@DocSnipes 8 күн бұрын
Thank you for your comment! Yes, it’s fascinating how interconnected different aspects of our body and brain are. The link between vitamin D and oxytocin isn’t widely talked about, but research has shown that vitamin D plays a role in regulating oxytocin levels. Since oxytocin impacts mood, social bonding, and emotional regulation, having sufficient vitamin D can indirectly support these functions. If you’ve noticed changes in your mood or social interactions, this connection might indeed help explain things. Maintaining healthy vitamin D levels could support oxytocin production, which in turn can positively affect your mental health and well-being. I'm glad this information resonated with you, and thanks again for sharing your thoughts!

Its crazy that your off the street Endo and Primary care isnt using this. Its used in HRT from docs with advanced training. But this stuff is cheap, alot safer and essentially no side effects compared to hard big pharma drugs...

@@DocSnipes Btw Doc Snipes please take my idea. Ive been tosing around doing a State of TBI each year, get Dr Mark Gordon, Dr Abe Morgantaler and name ur expert. And define and come up with actionable protocols for TBI patients but a plan for doctors. I dont have the energy with my TBI. This is something with your setup and reach that would be effective. Were on the same page and I think this can help alot of people.

13:31 , first thought is to increase "tribe up" incentive and tolerance. - A needs to accept that C is a jerk but really good at solving a deficit of the group, so we can't boot C until the stress is solved.

That’s the reason I recommend the use of natural substance like psychedelic mushroom and other psychedelic products that works great without side effect , I can’t remember what it feels to be depressed because it’s been a long time I felt that after the use of psychedelic mushroom it works magic , after I was advised to get some , I get mine from an online vendor which specializes in the growth of psychedelic mushroom and other psychedelic products
