I think mine is more bicep tendon. Had tendonitis for 10 weeks now tight and sore with scapula tightness. Did an osteopath exercise arm overhead wall rest exercise but seems to make the impingement worse.

Hello, sounds like you experience symptoms from bicep tendonitis and impingement syndrome. Overhead activities with rounded shoulder and/or improper scapula movement can definitely cause more aggravations. I have a video that addresses bicep tendonitis. Hope that helps!
