This must be the most entertaining video about Flog! A little side note: Flog also uses Rec 2020 as its color space. I think you got a bit tangled up in gamut/color space vs gamma/EOTF there.

So glad I found Pal2Tech! He’s so helpful. Gerald Undone also does two great videos on picture profiles, log shooting / ISO settings and dynamic range, etc. -not promoting a different brand! But his slant is more on the intellectual (I think Gerald freely admits ‘geek’) side of the process. And is also very helpful on getting my head around the whole thing. Thank you Pal2Tech!

you are incredible 🤩 your channel is epic, your creations just so helpful and well done. All I can say is THANK YOU, I’m a fan. Just sold my X-T1 and bought an X-T3. I wish the would upgrade the X-T3 firmware, with the capability to preview a film simulation 😅 But then you said about the zebra, and I thought “ok, this is good enough” 😂😂😂💚 Love your channel: I’m a dad of two (4yo & 1yo) that has done 7 years of photography, with really low budget, buying EVERYTHING second hand, living in the small island of Wattkast, in the Finish Archipelago. Love 💕

I probably will not use F-log but I was always annoyed I didn’t really understand it or what LUTs were etc because like a cat I have an overdose of curiosity. This was brilliantly explained and as usual entertainingly presented. I can now bore my family with my new found knowledge and on a rainy winter’s eve I might look this video up again and record some F-log footage to play with.

I bought the XT4, (first time FUJIFILM user) and it is a huge change from Canon. but with the way you explain everything it makes using the FUJI so much more exciting.
