That same review was why I subbed. Ended up building a 4770K with two 780tis in SLI and 32 gb G.Skill Trident in an MSI M Power Max mobo with a Corsair AX 860i. I think it must have been back in 2013. Glad to see you're still posting content!

Great video! Thank you for specifying which brands of GPUs you used for the benchmarks, so many channels don't do this making their results unreliable.
@TastyPC11 ай бұрын
I think the big channels use founders/reference models so there's not as much need to specify because they have the "default" model.

I was 2/3rds of the way through a video when I was asked about the 4070 Ti Super and to hit it's embargo date I needed to switch to that. Which should hopefully mean the next video isn't too far away!

I haven't got a 4080 Super coming as things stand right now, and nothing new from AMD. Hopefully if I can keep the channel active I'll be in a good position to cover the 50 series launch when the time comes though.

Yeah it would be fun to see a AMD drivers age like fine wine video. After using only AMD gpus for the last 5 years or so I don't agree with that statement...it's more like drivers are not ready and buggy with every new gen release but they fix it later.

I used your 7900 XTX OC video as a template/guide. I waterblocked my cheap ASRock Phatom Gaming 7900 XTX and found a daily SOLID stable OC of; 3000MHz (max) | 2675MHz (min) | 1115mv (undervolt) | VRAM 2714MHz | 12% Power. Not sure what the deal is, but if I crank the power to 15% there's no performance gain, and it causes instability, same if I try lower voltage, or higher max clock. I'm benching on the coat tails of lower binned 4090's and it stays in the 2800-2900 MHz range during gaming. I've had it like this for several months and hundreds of gaming hours later, with zero crashes. So thank you for the guide, I've never used the Radeon utility for OC'ing before, and it's working just fine.

I think I'll hold onto my 3080 for a while longer, especially since I have a waterblock for it; but I'll always instantly click these videos because you always have a slightly different "take" to other reviewers. I like the simplicity of just the 4k benchmarks with just a few cards because we don't have to pause the video and get close to the screen to see the numbers. Fantastic presentation as always. And yea, a video about AMD drivers improving performance over time would definitely be interesting, maybe even comparing them to Nvidia!
@JoeBob7956911 ай бұрын
@elcactuar3354 Na, Nvidia is perfectly fine if you're talking about the company casually, but if you're talking about a particular product then you should maybe do it right, like NVIDIA RTX 4080. And a lot of people just capitalise the N anyway, for example see their Wikipedia page, or tech websites. Also notice their logo, it's nVIDIA. They change it so much it's hard to keep up with them! But AMD is a bit different because it's an acronym.

Such a relaxing voice. Quite different from the speed talking KZbinrs we often hear these days. The card looks beautiful. I’ve only ever owned one Palit card and it was a 1080 Dual a low end model with no bling. I like Strix or Gamer X cards but have a Red Devil now that I changed to AMD. Palit is a brand that is big yet in my country is very small. Everyone wants ASUS here in Sweden.

Lauren, been a fan for years, hope you’re doing well! I hope you don’t mind some constructive criticism, when it comes to the charts, I think you should either keep the product in review at the top of each chart, or highlight it within the breakdown so it’s clearer the comparison to its place in the current market. Only to drive home the point that it’s either doing fine or clearly being outperformed. Your content is always super informative and well researched, this is just a comment about optics. Keep ‘em coming, always glad to see you posting!

I have the first card from the brand Palit. Specifically Palit Gaming Pro RTX 3080 10Gb and I am satisfied with that card. Everyone refers to Palit as the worst products on the market, but I am very satisfied with the card. Although the GamingPro editions are mostly designed so that they cannot be overclocked very much and have a slightly reduced graphics core, the temperatures and noise are very good.

Well hello! I am chuffed to see a Tasty video! In every aspect it exudes quality. You must have worked day and night getting it ready. The results speak for themselves Lauren. Brilliant. I don't know what's happening in your neck of the woods nowadays but as I recall you were in the midst of remodelling the garage for use as a filming studio. I hope that all worked out. I understand you face many difficulties as a one-person operation, but I do think that by not uploading more frequently you are missing out on an immense opportunity. With the miserly state of KZbin, involving other sites would be integral to that, and you should mention those in the video! Everyone else does so don't feel like it's an imposition. It is necessary. Your videos have such unique style and quality, like candy. Delicious, addictive, tasty. No one else does it the way you do. I just wish you would appear in the videos like the old days. Ordinary clothes, no costumes needed (though I will say they were great). Best of luck Lauren!
