My suggestion would be if your super serious about it as anything other than a range toy swap out the striker as they have been known to break. That said my dagger has treated my well with the only malfunctions happening in the initial magazine. Have well over 1200 rounds through it and trust it 100%.

Again, I think you have bad luck when it comes to PSA. to-date I've helped built at least 50 freedom rifles kits, and at least 30 Daggers-from parts. I'm a tool and die maker with 40+ years of experience. PSA is right down the street, I like their indoor range. their ACC ammo brand is ok stuff (I think it used to be Remington). Most of the rifle kits had Mil-Spec parts, and with a Mil-Spec lower, any brand, we got some pretty consistent results. Some of the guys I helped were Army, a few were Marines. The military guys said their rifles performed well, sometimes better than expected. most guys were just citizens wanting to exercise their 2A rights. One guy bought the Blem kit, a premium stripped lower and wondered why he could not go full auto. He had issues, a little trigger training and education about Semi Auto fixed his problems. PSA uses premium barrel stock, they have barrel making machines copied from FN machines. They make a good barrel. It's not cold hammer forged or chrome lined, but the price reflects that. Their BCG are mostly Tool Craft, but I have seen premium BCGs in premium rifles jam. My headspace gauges, the go-no go type, have never once showed me a bad chamber. You might have just got a few bad batch products, I would guess that happens. For me and my friends, we have had real good luck. One of the Marine Veterans put his $1400.00 Trijicon ACOG on his $300.00 blem freedom rifle, he was putting bullets behind bullets at the range. As far as the Dagger, well, I've seen them jam out of he box, I've seen them jam because of a limp wristed grip.But the ones I have, and the ones I have helped other guys with all seem very reliable. My pal, JOE X, limp wristed his dagger into jam every time city. He had a very poor grip and was scared of the recoil at first. We fixed him with proper grip training, sight picture knowledge and a little patience. He's a good shooter now. Well, I will keep watching. Dave in SC

Some of it, as I said, is probably subjective to the frame not fitting my hand. But it's hard to argue that a defined thumb ledge with texture isn't better than a non-defined or textured one. That a double under cut isn't better than not having one. I'm not arguing that a person should or shouldn't like the pistol. As with any of my reviews where people disagree with me. It's your gun and I'm happy you like it. More power to you. But that's why I try to separate subjective things like how a pistol feels in my hand. From objective issues where companies dropped the ball on things that could have been advantageous to the shooter. Thanks for watching.

I own a G19,17, & 22 . . . I also have a dagger compact and a dagger s. I would certainly agree that Glocks operate extremely smooth compared to Daggers, and you are 150% correct about the slide fit onto the frame as with both Daggers i have to spend a bit of time finagling it back together. The bump in the grip dont bother me, ergonomically it fits my hand well. I dont care for Glock ergonomics and i am one of those people that always end up having to break my wrist forward on glocks. I dont care about the thumb brake either. Its nit-picky to me tbh but whatever. I dont like the Dagger trigger per say, but its functional. The glock trigger is nothing to write home about either and equally. . i just find it functional. All in all, I like my daggers but if i had to choose, it would ultimately be the glock because yes. . . they are higher quality, both internally and externally. However, I like the dagger slide way more then the glock slide. I also feel the daggers are a great value for the price you pay. 99.00 for TWO Frames. 169.00 for each slide that has laser cuts, decent finish, optic cuts, and a threaded barrel . . . where else can you get those features at the price? And my TWO complete daggers literally costs me less then my ONE glock 19 that I bought 26 years ago. So far, the daggers have been proven to be reliable as well. I have used nothing but crappy winchester white box junk ammo and I use garbage pro-mags and have had no failures with either of my Daggers. Also, I have built 3 AR's using all PSA parts and never had a single issue there either . . so my experience with PSA reliable has been opposite from yours. But i completely understand that we can only speak on those experiences, good or bad. Enjoyed the video though.

@RTTGunsGear2 ай бұрын
@HK-Guy I was painfully clear and extremely careful with my words in this video. Comfort had almost nothing to do with this frame or video with one single exception.
