My wife & I & her mother who lives with us have been self isolating for the past month. The only time my wife & I go out is when we go to our Pain Management Clinic. Then after that we go grocery shopping and then straight home. My mother in-law who is 80 years old hasn't left our apartment ever since the pandemic was announced. I am at high risk because I have high blood pressure and I am type 2 diabetic.

YOU THINK THAT FOOD BANK ONE WAS BAD!? Last Monday, I decided to try and use BionicPig's pizza recipe so I could cook one for my Nana as a gift. Problem was we were out of yeast. So I went to every store within 10mi of me and they were out. However, the last place I went to told me, "yeah another guy was also wondering about the yeast. We should have another shipment coming in on Thursday though." Sweet! So I wait 'til Thursday at 8a and go back over to get a small jar. I see the same guy there, and he says "dude I'm so sorry. That guy came in and bought out the whole shipment." Well FUCK. So I go to Publix, Target, Winn Dixie, Food Outlet, 2 Walmarts and a gas station and they all said the same thing. "An older guy came in and bought the whole truck." So this one guy went to every store close to me (and Im pretty sure he bribed an employee cuz most stores limit quantity down here) and put it online for resell. Now a usual tin costs $6-7 depending on the brand, but when I went online to local vendors... the price was listed as $115?!?! I found some online reasonably priced, but they wouldn't arrive until around May. And the cheapest one I COULD find that shipped was, with shipping, around $50. I JUST WANTED TO DO SOMETHING NICE FOR MY NANA! I WANT EVERY HUMAN ON THIS EARTH TO DIE A SLOW FUCKING PAINFUL DEATH FROM THIS VIRUS!!!!

In Norway there is a thing called russefeiring for people who is SOON to graduate (they still have their last exams and 3 months left) and i would say it is about 80-90% who celebrate it and i hate it. Remember, these people are 18-19 years old. It starts in april and ends in may 17, but the virus made it so it had to be later. The thing is a lot of the people cried that they didnt get their celebration, so they had parties anyway. Later the same people who have been partying and all of that crap would be praised by the media and goverment for begin so brave and smart for NOT partying. They have also had another periode not to long ago for the official russetida. Edit: I forgot to add that this is an old tradition and it is happening over the whole country and not just a few parts. If you ask any norwegian over 3 he/she would be able to tell you about it
