This looks not only phenomenal, Chetna, but so healthful and nourishing. From your other videos I've created a spice box plus so have all of the ingredients on hand. Am also a fan of onions. Have a large cube of paneer from Costco - they sell a double pack. Will make this one next, thank you!

I learned to make paneer from you as well as the different paneer dishes and my family loves them , this is going to be an amazing addition ❤❤❤

I made this recipe this evening for my family, and they love it (me, too). It's just gorgeous, and for the first time the yoghurt didn't separate. Hopefully, there will be enough left-over to make my colleagues jealous during tomorrows' lunch-break. Thank you so much for this wonderful recipe. Greetings from Germany...

Love this recipe and love your cookbooks, I have them all! The only thing that still mystifies me about Indian cooking is "chile powder". No one ever specifies what kind!!!! I usually opt for Kashmiri chili powder as I like some spice. But I'm never sure that's correct. Always turns out delicious and tasty anyway though.

Another lush recipe! You never fail to disappoint Chetna! Tell me - do you think i could substitute the paneer for Tofu for my vegan friends and family?

So glad you said it was even better the next day as I have prepared the main part of the dish and will do the paneer tomorrow , I did this as we have to be out tomorrow and I wanted less to do when we get home. Now it’s tomorrow ate the dish when we got home and it was delicious 😋

Love this Chetna. We make paneer at home all the time. We wait for the 4 litre jugs to go on 50 percent and make a lot of it. Love this recipe and am going to try this weekend as well have 2 kilos of paneer in the fridge.

Do you ever finish this with fresh fenugreek leaves? I was just thinking how pretty the bright green would look with the other colors in this dish.

Tofu is a good replacement to paneer.

Does it taste same also does not give it the creamy consistency that one wants

Why do you use low quality oils? I mean in india not eveyone can afford good oil but you and your udience is not so much from india i guess...
