I always love the vegetarian dishes :) next time I do paneer. I will definitely give it a go with the frying off method, this reminds me of a tikka masala, it looks absolutely gorgeous! 💚🧡

Love it! This is a regular in my household. One question, does adding salt to the soaking liquid for the paneer make a difference? I do soak my paneer but this is the first time I've seen the addition of salt. Thank you for sharing such a delicious recipe!

My husband is allergic to coriander so I usually just leave it out, but is there something I could replace it with? Or maybe add more turmeric and garam masala?
@bbmcgee33Ай бұрын
Beef. That’s my suggestion.
@Diksha98-y7mАй бұрын
Just skip coriander altogether it'll still taste great .
@lorib8785Ай бұрын
@@Diksha98-y7m My worry is that there is more coriander than any of the other spices though?
@Diksha98-y7mАй бұрын
@@lorib8785 don't worry about coriander I've never heard a dish where coriander has been an absolute unless specifically mentioned ( rarely happens if ever like coriander chutney or coriander chicken etc ) . Coriander is used to enhance taste so totally skippable also don't worry about customizing recipes according to your own taste or preference spices are always customizable.

7:18 My booty hole after eating something too spicy. 😉 What would happen to the paneer if one didn't add it to the salted water? (I've never had ready-made outside the pack for more than 2 mins.)

I've not had anything with paneer before (and apparently its a cheese). it looks a bit like wensleydale and the idea of cheese and a curry flavour is really throwing me off. Would anybody happen to have suggestions for a simple starter (or more snack sized dish) involving it (something easy to try and not especially wasteful if it turns out nobody likes it)? Edit: that did LOOK amazing though - just cannot wrap my head around it. :/
@UmmEssАй бұрын
It's very mild, not much flavour on its own, definitely not like Wensleydale. It's more like tofu.

Just make a vegetable curry and add the paneer it has no taste, so if it turns out you don't like it just eat the veggies
