Parotta Special Empty Salna prepared by Chef Sunder | Recipecheckr | Tamil✔[ENG SUB]

Hello, How are you? This video is explaining how to make a perfect empty salna. Each and every place has its own special favourite dish in the way, Parotta and Salna is very famous in South Tamil Nadu, Salna is a non-veg dish, today I am going to show you a meatless Veg Salna called Empty Salna. We will see how to make this Empty Salna and see the tips and techniques, with the same flavour and taste.
Here are the ingredients for Empty Salna
Ingredients
Oil [கடலை எண்ணெய்] - 2 tbs
Onion [வெங்காயம்] - 1 nos
Bay leaf [பிரியாணி இலை] - 2 nos
Cinnamon [இலவங்கப்பட்டை] - 2 nos
Cloves [கிராம்பு] - 5 nos
Cardamom [ஏலக்காய்] - 4 nos
Tomato [தக்காளி] - 2 no
Garlic paste [பூண்டு பேஸ்ட்] - 1 tsp
Ginger paste [இஞ்சி பேஸ்ட்] - 1/2 tsp
Mint [புதினா இலைகள்] - Hand full
Coriander [ கொத்தமல்லி இலைகள்] - Hand full
Grated Coconut [திருகிய தேங்காய்] - 3 tbs
Cashew nut [முந்திரி ] - 12 nos
Green chilli [ பச்சை மிளகாய்] -1 nos
Salt [உப்பு ]
