PART 5: Warsaw-Grodna (Grodno/Hrodna)-Minsk
The lack of insurance documents at the border at Grodna had me concerned, not because there was a problem with my visa, but I was conscious of the one hour connection between trains. The train from Grodna to Minsk was sheer joy. I shared the compartment with a beautiful Belorusian woman who was married to an American. She would come to Grodna every year to visit her grandmother. The accent was sheer bliss to listen to, and the conversation was an amazing insight into Belorusian life.
