As a man that does more functional workouts without neglecting the common lifts. You my friend have fuckin' top notch workouts and advice. I listened to you on the bell power podcast and became a fan. Then seeing you run the GBRS group training videos, even more of a fan! Human>Athlete. Big fan of Shipley as well as the other badasses in the group. I've got buddies focused on fitness, can't shoot worth dick. Then buddies that are awesome shooters but couldn't ruck let alone run with their kits past 100yards. Makes me feel less alone to see this kind of content. Your only as strong as your weakest link. GET IT fellas!! And to the dude that's talking shit about DJs runnin', if I'm not mistaken dudes been tore up and still getting after it everyday! Hats off.

Guys, I understand your focus is tactical population but this reminds me of old school football 🏈 training/drills. Love it! Kudos to you!! 👊

Definitely. These are all drills I do with my football players

First video I’ve ever seen from y’all, this is awesome. I’ve been fat my whole life but I’ve lost 100 pounds, now I want to get super fit. But I really don’t care about being able to put up huge numbers on the bench, I just want to have practical strength and mobility. This stuff seems awesome for this. Thanks for the great stuff 🤘

Question: Isn’t the spine supposed to stay fluid for forward running, rather than in the braced core position?

Whenever i see dj yoked out his mind i immediately think universal soldier. Dudes a literal super soldier and freak of nature with all the shit that's happened to that dude. Id love to have a talk with that guy

Excellent content! It would be a good idea to show resistance and conditioning work using the aquatic environment as a tool, Vernon. I've been swimming for a few years and this has helped me a lot with my conditioning.

Always enjoy the content! Does anyone ever mess with DJ by calling him Donnie and telling him he’s out of his element or he has no frame of reference? #thatrugreallytiedtheroomtogetherdiditnot?

DJ is my idol. But he runs like steven seagal.

Lmao. Bro can run like a gazelle holding something but with empty hands it’s something we have been working on. Haha
@Hiddencomment0075 ай бұрын
Senses Seagal would take that as a compliment seeing as his run is the most iconic manly shuffle since square dancing ye ye
