Pastel Painting Demo: A Spring Landscape

Join me in my studio as I share a spring landscape painting demo. I was inspired by a recent trip and couldn't wait to get home and paint! I share a step by step demo of a simple landscape that is bursting with spring color. I call the painting 'Spring Tapestry'. When you talked about sitting on the ground doing an en plein air painting of your scene, I thought it would be nice to see that reference, also...never dreaming you'd share 2 with us at the end. My agent in China sent me 50 sheets of this stuff! It's got mica in it and that's what gives it that toothy feel and sound when you paint on it!Its great fun to layer on! I think you can get it on ALI BABA👍🏻👨🏻‍🎨

My agent in China sent me about 40 full size sheets about 2 years ago and I still have half of it! It's impossible to find here and now we wouldn't even want to order it and furthermore, I don't think they're shipping it anywhere
