I think I’m pretty strong, but then I return to your workouts to be humble again. Damn, that was tough, especially all the core exercises. I was not keeping up with you at all times! This is definitely going into my Favourites, going to be returning to this a lot!

Awwww funniest class I've ever done with you (yet). Loved all the challenge, the increasing pace, and felt so proud of my body of being able to keep up with most of it! (still working on that crow jump!) Love how you sequence every lesson to prepare the body for the next move, and feel much more ready to take some challenging poses and sequences. THANK YOU

I tried this practice about a month ago and found it completely impossible but I have been building up strength doing your beginner strength classes and today I finished the video and FELT STRONG!! Thank you for your videos I feel like I am rapidly progressing and finding new strength!

“We didn’t do extreme number counts” cut back to 30 crunches followed by a low boat hold, an extended low boat hold, and I don’t even know how many leg flutters 🤣 Miss you brother! Hope to practice with you again soon!

Im sure Patrick doesn't have any bones but consists of 100% controlled muscle :D HOW does he pull back and forth his one leg between the hand and the other leg in those pistol squat transitions? Im used to his handstand floating by now but this again is a weird thing us humans with bones can't do :D LOVE IT!
