Thank you so so much. Soi nice to have a full practice. There is so much work to be done but such a wonderful class. I dream one day of being able to do online or better yet if you come to Europe. I am in the sticks of france. So many questions to ask on how to do some of this stuff. Piston squat a killer and that wide leg seated to standing was so funny. I look nothing like you that is for sure. Thank you to you and all the people who help you make the videos.

Patrick this practice is magical ! Time flew by, I'm drenched in sweat, exhausted but so alive and light at the same time 😀 Handstand, pincha, peacock and full circle are NOT (and won't be...) in my practice, but I found smg new in split (kinf of "arrow" shape with outer R forearm side against outer front L chin). Thanks for this awesome class🙏🙏🙏

@@patrickbeachyoga I just finished it, it was fun. I also got my friend to do it with me, it was her second experience with yoga and she managed to go through 1 hour 20 minutes. She actually though that yoga is some kind of meditation. So it was suprising for her that it's so difficult 😁 In the shavasana part I fell asleep and woke up right at the end, your voice is really pleasant to sleep to😀 This work-out reminded me how much I missed yoga practices (recently been mostly focused on calisthenics and stretching), gonna add yoga to my regular movement practices for sure. Thank you for your hard work, namaste🙏🏻

It’s been a long time since I took such a long class. Sure, sometimes I stack classes but it’s not the same. A lot of handstands and I can’t do them but it’s ok. Lingered in active squats, tiptoed in handstand prep and just tried my best to keep up. One armed balance wasn’t possible but interesting to watch. Enjoyed the full body experience, the pistol squat was elusive on the second side but I enjoyed the multiple crows, option for side crows or flying splits, firefly, wheel, camel, front splits, middle splits, fantastic.
