The power of storytelling is key! When the recruiter asked me about the best deal I ever closed, I started off with "You won't believe what happened!" and sharing the story as if he was a close friend. The recruiter ended the interview with "It would be foolish of me not invite you to the next stage of the interview process". Make it easy for them to say YES!

I have been an engineer for almost 10 years and applied for a technical sales role and this video helped me so much and I’m happy to report that they gave me an offer! I even beat out guys with sales experience even though I had none. Thank you for putting this video together!

As a Sales Recruiter, the STAR method really helps with preparing for Competency Based Questions. STAR stands for: S ituation that you were in T ask assigned to you / Problem you’re facing A ctions taken that time R esults from Actions taken.

Hey Patrick, I want to appreciate you for the material you provide for us. This is an invaluable experience that you share and it is obviously could help for the sales guys! I've started to learn your videos before I was invited for BDM in Crypto. This position has a difference between common sales manager and thats to you that you explained it in other videos.

How about the built-rite foundation repair: a residential sales simulation. I have the 2nd interview for Orkin pest control Tuesday, but this is for an issue with the foundation instead of pests. Any advise would be great and it is on a video interview with district manager.
