Overcome Objections with the 5A's. What are they and what do they mean. Acknowledge, Align, Ask, Answer, Agree. Acknowledge = I understand Align= Me too Ask= Can I ask you a question? 1.Other than (insert Objection). Bring out all objections. 2. Can we talk about it? 3. Why do you feel Answer= now that you see Agree= Agree to move forward

Hey Patrick, Your videos are very well organized, with 80% based on real scenarios. The 20% I found unrealistic, as with most sales trainings, is the over-optimism. For instance, when handling objections like 'we need more time' or 'I need to speak with my partner,' it's rare for prospects to commit or provide more insight at that point, especially in the initial stages of the sales cycle. For newcomers in sales, this information is crucial. Early in my career, carrying the same optimism led to disappointments. Knowing what to expect in the real world can help to be better prepared. Overall, your content is excellent and on point. Well done!

Thanks to you I got my first job in saas. I come from the beauty industry so this is completely different. I followed your cold e-mail video for my presentation and they loved it. My challenge that I am facing is that when I call my inbound leads, a lot tell me I am not interested right away. How can I get them to talk to me? I say “Hi Patrick, this is Brianna from GoTo, thanks for taking my call. The reason for my call is that I received an inquiry about a business phone solution. Is this something you are still looking into?” Then they say, no not interested. I try to ask questions as to who their current provider is and the scale of 1-10 how happy they are with them.

I really want to start incorporating some of these objection handling techniques that you have taught us but oh, I'm having a hard time even keeping the prospect on the phone long enough to get explain my service and even hear their objections in the first place. It seems like sometimes I get hung up on even before I'm done getting out my name or the company name and then it's just not interested hang up really fast before I even have time to respond.

Thank you Patrick for your clear explanation. Is great to refresh these concepts. I've been involved in sales for more than 15 years but still now is necessary for me to learn new techniques due to the latest social-economics global and local changes. Also the clients are always coming with objections and is something that takes part of any negotiations so I think is something to deal with it learning more about how the customer is going to object.

04:20 has a very interesting objection, Hey Patrick, theres this one way I found from Dan Lok that helps you avoid this objection altogether…it goes like this 🐥patrick: hello Mr x,is it okay if we get started 🤓x: yes, sure 🐥patrick: great, before we begin,i have a question i hope you can answer for me,is there anyone else that may be involved in the decision making process of this meeting? If the prospect says yes there is,you can find out HOW you can have mr(s) x on the call with the other decision makers so that its smooth sailing,if he says no,the objection is off the list from that moment on
