I have applied for patta transfer from Chennai e-serve for the land located at Tiruporur, close to Chengalpet district. The VAO has rejected my patta transfer for 3 times without telling me the reason. I have put RTI to understand the reason, it says that he was looking for all the parent documents. But all the parent documents were submitted to registration office at Tiruporur, the VAO from Tirpuprorur was never called me and I do not know his office location. but rejecting it again and again. It is difficult to reach VAO. When we apply for patta transfer, why cannot e-serve office can call me instead of saying contact your VAO. very time consuming process and delayed process. The VAO from Tiruporur was rejected my patta transfer application 3 times. waste of time and effort of filing patta transfer application at e-serve.

Go to the taluk office survey section. If you have the layout sketch, they can find the town survey number and in that, they can find your property's survey number. From that, they will tell you on whose name (for example, Name is Ram) the patta is. Now, you need to have the document from whom Ram person purchased it from. If you don't have that document, you can apply in tnreginet under Certified Copy section. Don't worry, you can google for it there are videos available in KZbin showing you how to apply. Apply in any esevai centre, Google for tiruporur taluk office address and submit all documents along with the application letter (petition) from esevai. Take a Xerox copy of the application letter for your reference. Wait for the surveyor or VAO to call.
