Suppose you see a brother or sister who needs food and clothing, and you say, "Well, good bye and God bless you; stay warm and eat well-but then you don't give that person any food or clothing. What good does that do?" When someone claims to have faith. What he or she may have is intellectual assent- agreement with a set of Christian teachings - and as such it would be incomplete faith. True faith transforms our conduct as well as our thoughts. If our life remains unchanged, we don't truly believe the truths we claim to believe. Simple- faith without works is dead.

I do think God allows people to have money. You have to be careful what you’re doing with that money. I have no idea what Billy Graham did behind the scenes for the 50 or so years he was a pastor. But for him to have $25 million when he died. In 50 years of being an evangelist that would be $500,000 a year Averaging. And a lot of that money could be from investments over the years that he was unable to donate where he wanted due to his health in later years. All I’m gonna say is this that man saved a lot of souls and I am not going to be the one to cast the first stone or any stone. And shame on you for giving out names of other people full of condemnation for God’s men. Shame on you. Shame shame shame on you. When I came back from Vietnam I was not a well person, Billy Graham was on TV and from that day on I was a changed person. Thank you Mr. Graham. RIP!!

When I was young my grandmother would never miss a Billy Graham program on TV. And I can remember the whole family sitting very quietly and listening very intently to every word reverend Graham spoke. We didn't dare interrupt while Billy was speaking. Not that we would get in trouble for doing so, but because his message was so very important to all of us. Especially my grandmother. God rest her tender soul. Billy Graham spoke boldly of Jesus. Unafraid and unashamed. And my how the people listened. Thousands of them. Filling sports stadiums to the bursting point. I miss those days. And I miss my beloved grandmother too. I can still hear her say in that small sweet voice of hers. It's time to be quite now. Billy Graham is about to come on. Praise God for Billy Graham and my grandmother.

Forty years ago I attended a Billy Graham crusade in Bristol, England. I knew in advance that I was going to respond to the invitation and I did. Ever since I have walked with God and he has walked with me. I've been helped and blessed by many fellow Christians. In the words of Amazing Grace, 'through many dangers, toils and fears I have already come, twas grace that led me safe thus far and grace shall lead me home.

I was so blest and privileged to go to Billy’s rally in the late 50’s when I was a teenager. He was in the Coliseum in Las Angeles. Magnificent stadium holding 100,000 for a football game. Since there was no game that night the field was completely filled with chairs. I’m guessing between 10,000 and 20,000 on the field. When Billy gave the invitation and the choir started to sing “Just As I Am” thousands of people streamed down from all over that stadium my heart was melted and the tears rolled down my cheeks! In 2022 I’m 79 yet even today if someone mentions the coliseum or I hear the voice of Billy Graham I go back to that fabulous Memory that evening!! May God be praised!

My grandfather was at Billy's London Wembley stadium crusade. He was one of Billy Graham's first converts in London,he got up on that stage and told the 75,000 people in attendance his problems. The late great Billy Graham's said take courage Son. He was very religious after that and it's went down through the family generation's thanks to Billy Graham.

I never will forget, I was working in 2018 in Lake Charles Louisiana and we had to be up early to get into the plant, so I pulled out of the hotel parking lot about 4:45 in the morning. right then as soon as I pulled out of the parking lot, there was a big billboard sign that lit up the street and it had the capability to change. As soon as I noticed the light from pulling out of the parking lot I looked up and the sign changed to a picture of Billy Graham. It simply read..."Gone Home" This country is in the shape it is in because we try to maintain a secular morality. One day this is good, the next day its bad. One day this is bad, the next day it's good. We cant have a morality that changes with the times because it is not grounded in nothing. America needs to be grounded in God's word, and men like this were the very staple that reminded this country upon the freedoms and foundations that it was founded. That...we are losing.

You are very right. There is no such thing as secular morality. It is an oxymoron in fact. As you correctly noted, such a "morality" changes with whatever man decides is acceptable. But God's Word never changes. It is the same yesterday, today and forever. And God's Word is the only moral guide that can bring peace, true and lasting peace, even in the mist of pain or suffering, which we are told in the Bible, we will have to endure, on earth. But this place is just temporary...our eternal home is with God's son Jesus in heaven, that is for the person who repents of his sin, and by faith places his faith in Jesus Christ and receives the gift of salvation. What a glorious gift!

This more deeply moving than I expected. I feel privileged to have grown up when Paul Harvey was still on the radio each day and Billy Graham was still alive and preaching. I spent a summer nearby at a Christian camp as a counselor in Old Fort, NC, near Montreat. I was called into ministry at UNC Charlotte while in college. I never realized that Rev. Graham faced so many of the same human challenges the rest of us face in life. I only wish God would raise up another man of God like him to preach to America once more. May God bless his memory and his organizations ongoing ministry.

The forerunner for Baha’u’llah was the Bab (The Gate) who was executed by the Persian government and Muslim clerics in 1860; he was 31 years of age. The promised one of all ages appeared 176 years ago, and still humanity waiting for his return. Just search it, “Seek and ye shall find” (The Baha'i' Faith) you will be amazed what humanity has missed, the greatest salvation from God. My mother grew up near New York City, and when she was a young teenager she went to one of his crusades in New York. I don't know how it all worked out, but somehow she ended up singing in the choir. I think she was 15. We used to hear Paul Harvey on the radio, but not regularly I don't think. I never knew about this interview. So thank you for uploading it.

As a young boy in North Carolina, I heard good, well-intentioned people criticize Billy regularly for his lack of public involvement in the social issues of that day. Thankfully, Billy understood his calling was to focus on evangelism; knowing that people with changed hearts change the world, as he explained to Paul Harvey. At the end of his life, he was criticized for becoming soft and emphasizing love rather than wrath. Billy was just bearing fruit or love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, generosity, faithfulness and self-control. His obedience to Christ's command of humility was remarkable, and inspiring because it mirrored the Lord in a brilliant way.

I grew up watching Billy Graham on TV with my parents all the while I felt Holy Spirit following me and pulling on me. Despite the terrible things I experienced in life the Holy Spirit never left me trying to guide me to follow Jesus. I finally came forward and gave my life over to Jesus 10 yrs ago. It has freed me and now I'm doing my best to teach my family and others. Thankyou Jesus for not giving up on me.

I'd have to agree with Paul's assessment of being near Billy. Growing up in Asheville felt much like being in Billy's shadow in the valley. It really interests me none in the least any that feel they possess the authority of God to pass judgement on Billy Graham. Not another person has lived in my lifetime that has brought more hope, love and inspiration to so many people around the world, not by his position or authority but by his devotion and works to touch so many lives. Billions on top of billions were touched in some way by his efforts. God bless you Billy Graham. I do hope you found that golf course on the other side. :)

I’m 35 and my Dad grew up on Billy Graham and whenever his name comes up my Dad speaks about him with great reverence. Over twenty thousands of believers has given their lives in Persia(Iran) for the new cause of God, no different than other religions, except the believers have given two choices to recount their Faith and walk free or to get killed by the Islamic clerics since 1844 to this date, great renaissance and amazing progress in human history has taken place because of this mighty new religion (The Baha'i' Faith)” I will go away, another will come”, “With a new name”, “He will lead you into all truth” “beware that your are awake”, ”Will come from the way of the East(Persia)”the land of Elam”( a province of Iran(Persia)” . Old world order is gradually being wrapped up (Political and religious systems of the world slowly and surely collapsing) and the new world order of Baha'u'llah gradually coming to replace that outdated believes. Two world wars, and near the third War, millions of Earthquakes, science is increasing rapidly, etc........as Christ warned his followers to be awake(spiritually) , “He will come as a thief in the night”(at night many are sleep spiritually), and certainly billions of followers of all religions missed the manifestation of the father in 1844 from the land of Persia-the province of Elam(according to the Old testament) Each trumpet blast was one great event and a major teaching which was revealed(“I have yet many thins to tell you, but you cannot bare (understands) them, howbeit when the spirit of truth cometh, HE shall lead you into all truths) “, like equality of men and women, forbidden of priesthood, confessions of sins before any human beings, taking the powers from political and religious leaders and gradually given it to people(Reversal of powers), bringing for the first time the unique divine administration( The blue print of the Kingdom of God on Earth, where humanity must build it, through major change of Character and World embarrassing vision, God’s vision) to this dark world ,etc....... The forerunner for Baha’u’llah was the Bab (The Gate) who was executed by the Persian government and Muslim clerics in 1860; he was 31 years of age. The promised one of all ages appeared 176 years ago, and still humanity waiting for his return. Just search it, “Seek and ye shall find” (The Baha'i' Faith) you will be amazed what humanity has missed, the greatest salvation from God. As Baha’u’llah (The glory of God) teaches, “The character of man must change”. In order for the world to change, humanity must become the servants of God, and all are but his servants. Are we waiting for the manifestation of our superstitions or humanity really waiting for the manifestation of God? “Bestir yourselves, O people, in anticipation of the days of Divine justice, for the promised hour is now come. Beware lest ye fail to apprehend its import and be accounted among the erring”. （ Baha'u'llah, Gleanings from the Writings of Baha'u'llah, p. 17） “...... And yet, is not the object of every Revelation to effect a transformation in the whole character of mankind, a transformation that shall manifest itself both outwardly and inwardly, that shall affect both its inner life and external conditions?
