CORRECTION : First two exercises are for Rotator Cuff… I said rear delts but all three are really good at opening up and shoulder health.. 🤠🇮🇹💪

1:00 Oleg Petrenko mentioned in an older interview that I watched that he had shoulder problems and since someone showed him that exercise it went away. Same rotator cuff exercise you demonstrated there

The first 2 exercises are actually rotator cuff movements, But they’re still very beneficial for shoulder health.

Yes u completely right I knew when I was making the video something didn’t sound right when I said rear felt but my mind when blank lol.. But yes they all three help on opening u up and correcting posture in the shoulder region and I’ve did them for close to 20 years now and if u see my rear delts they look like cannon balls and very separated. Thank u for the correction appreciate it 🤠🇮🇹🤙🏻
