Hi Paul, greetings from France. I started exercising with you nearly one year ago, and I really wanted to tell you how grateful I am for your videos and your creativity to make them wheelchair user friendly. Many many thanks for your good work. For almost 6 months, 4 days a week I worked out with the strength training videos with dumbells and the weelchair cardio exercices. I lost 17kg, gain strength and confidence, as I totally changed the way I cook and eat. It was difficult to keep on exercising when i get back to work last January, and eventually I completely stopped. Today I found this new video and it gives me the motivation to work out with you again. What you're doing matters a lot, and i'm glad I have found your channel, thank you for your energy, your positivity and your smile, you're a great coach !

I have fibromyalgia and POTS. When I can, I try to do your standing workouts - but those can be very hard for me. I appreciate your catalogue of seated workouts. In particular, the twist; chest press; and hug-hip rotation at the end give me a lot of relief for my back pain. I hope you are well and continue making seated workouts!

I had an injury which has me non weight bearing on one leg. I was looking for a workout I could do seated and found this video. I so enjoyed Paul’s infectious enthusiasm and had so much fun. Paul. Aloha from Kauai. I have been listening to your videos for 6 weeks straight. Fractured both of my heels. That being said, I started in a wheel chair for the first 4 weeks. Due to an hip injury I can neither run nor so martial arts at the moment so I keep myself fit with seated workouts. This one is the best I found on KZbin, it ua SO much fun to workout with you!!!!! Again......Can wheelchair users be that physically exuberant? No, they're in a wheelchair for a reason. Maybe you need to get a real wheelchair user to demonstrate what they do, because exercise for a person with that significant a disability is laying down and undergoing range of motion exercises. Or painfully having their muscles stretched out so their arm muscles don't contract. Some very fortunate people are exceptions, but really...you don't use a wheelchair so respectfully include someone who does.

Thank you for your sharing your thoughts. But really you do not know my story! I have been confined to a wheelchair before. I have had a couple of serious physical issues that required two operations! Yes, cancer and spinal cord surgery. I had to learn to walk all over again, yes I know what it is like not to be able to lift your arm up like I use to. So I do know what it is to workout from a wheelchair as I did in my months of recovery. So you need to ask before you pass your judgement. I am quite aware that not everyone can move like I do in a wheelchair, but I know many that can and do. I am glad that they email me and let me know that I connect with them and are they glad at last someone connects to their level of limited mobility. Please do not post your comments on my wheelchair workouts. I am thankful to God for allowing my body to heal and and continue my mission to inspire and motivate people to exercise body soul and spirit. Stop the posting your comments on my wheelchair videos. Your judgement of me is not cool.

I'm glad you recovered, and if you have been in a wheelchair and have that experience, perhaps put a little note that you have lived experience. I think a note to explain would be very well received and people would certainly be very pleased to know you were able to recover. If you don't want people to post, turn off the comments. I meant no ill will at all, but don't worry, the fact that you believe in the mythical fairy in the sky will keep me away. Happy New Year.

@Mae Z I have been in a wheelchair for over 20 years (paraplegic) and all of these exercises work for me. I understand how it feels to not be able to find the right exercises for you as a disabled person, but just because this doesn’t work for you, doesn’t mean that this doesn’t work for any wheelchair users. I appreciate this video, it works for me. I hope you find the video that works for you.

The ones I’ve seen are like super slow and don’t work I don’t use a wheelchair for these workouts but I do use one in public I just sit down and I do this just fine

Respectfully sir, Paul is demonstrating what can be done, and wheelchair users can modify to their capabilities. I am hemiplegic and find his example very notivating. Yes, we all do our range of motion exercises, but it is also beneficial to work your body in various ways to expand your capabilities. The added benefit from Paul’s workouts is the enthusiasm which is good for everyone’s mental health.
