The back circle is an essential component of club swinging. I'm very happy you are using my drumbeats for training, they help to maintain rhythm, especially as fatigue sets in 🙏🏼 🙏🏼 🙏🏼 🙏🏼 🙏🏼

I like to swing 10-minute sets with the mace because it provides fantastic cardio. The weight of the mace increases threefold during a swing due to gravitational pull. I also lift kettlebells with the swing, clean, and military press and consider this a strength-building exercise. So to answer your question, I practice both disciplines.
