Thank you Pavel for this workout. I’m planning to do 2 rounds of it with 1min break between. Adding 5 min warmup and 5 min intensive finisher to “empty the tank” will make it complete workout for today

A great looking full body workout. I miss the list of exercises in the description. It's also great if you post this full list at the beginning of the movie. It is easier to choose a workout without watching it all.
