Sir We can increase the cell width why can't cell height, please explain what is the reason..?

The idea here is to tell you, Indian rail when you up size the cell, it increases the width. However there are multi row cells also. And when we do register banking then also cell height increases

Hi, will LEF contains internal routes info also.? Abstract View is different from LEF, both are not same. LEF only contains cell info, pins info, boundary and OBS of metals. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Abstract view is created from Layout for giving pin and routing info for PNR tool to understand internal routing.

Obstructions of a metal layer are added to the cell to tell the PnR tool not to do routing (of that layer)over it.
