Peanut Butter Waffles - Only TWO Ingredients. Simple, Low Carb, Gluten Free and Delicious.
1 egg
1 tablespoon peanut butter
Using a whisk, mix egg and peanut butter together until well combined. Pour mixture into a mini waffle maker, close the lid, and cook until indicator light goes off or until the waffle is the desired color. Remove from the waffle maker, add butter, and syrup. Enjoy!
This recipe is for one waffle. Increase the measurements according to how many waffles you are preparing.
