I have made this recipe and multiplied by 2 with the ingredients. Let me tell you, this recipe (even though, instead of liquid vanilla, I added beans) was INCREDIBLE! Definitely make sure you follow it to the T and you will be surprised how yummy these things are. Thanks, Laura! :D

The recipe isn't online yet. What I find confusing is that you always link to the main page. It would be so much more awesome and convenient if you could link to the recipe directly. If you do this to get people more interested in other recipes you should tag them so you can show the visitors related recipes or recommendations to pair it with. Also the previous recipe doesn't seem to be on the site as well. :( I cannot find either one of them under /recipes.

Wow! I Just made these and they are indeed AMAZING! Definitely going to be in the mix for the family this Thanksgiving. One of these mini muffins in a bowl with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a drizzle of warm dulce leche will blow their minds. The initial batter is indeed very thin and runny, so I had my doubts, but the end result is simply divine. Thanks again Laura for yet another wonderful recipe.

This little mini pecan pie muffins are delish i just made them they are so easy to make make sure to let them cool in the pan for 5 mins then put them on a cooling rack.
