Today I’m gonna share with you Belly Fascia Peeling while lying down, so you can approach the fascia more directly. Some people may feel the discharge of waste products start as soon as doing this massage. Many people have reported me they did lose an inch or more in their belly overnight.

Imi I came across your channel by accident and fell in love with all you were doing. I'm 67 years and just gave up on exercise but finding you caused me to rethink my body and health . what you're doing especially for women my age is amazing. the exercises are easy to do without straining and stressing out. I have decided to do as many of your exercises as I can in three hours(I'm retired military) once again thank you so much.

This is extraordinary....getting into "the habit"....last evening in bed, did this procedure....and what?....this morning went to the bathroom properly, the first time for many years....Also have been doing the one where you sit and swing your arms, just a number of times over a couple of weeks, maybe four....and noticed this morning my underneath flabby arms were really much improved .. .....oh my goodness ...thank you Imi .......

I have had many of Imi's videos show up in my recommended. I struggle with my weight, but, most routines are very time consuming. Do you find these exercises easy to fit into your daily routines?

@@rokelle_2012 Ah Lassie.....THAT is the problem AND the key.....one must do even a little movement.....Imi helps one to maintain.....or rather achieve maintenance.....and primarily the Lassie encourages to, yes, it is not only o.k. but very important to love, ....( How about, saying hello to our body, which is our heart)....but for me just gently, if it makes me feel better, which the exercises she does, does . ....plus 20 minutes encouragement is huge .....If the weight comes off great ......am sure it will but your heart as well as your physical heart will be strengthened

​@@rokelle_2012Very easy to fit in because if u skip the 1st 2mins then the main exercises only take up 10-12mins total. Compared to the amount of minutes there are in a day 10-12mins is not bad. She gets on with each movement without wasting more time. People keep telling me I've slimmed down and it's thanks to Imi. Don't give up.

Imi words could never express how grateful I am to have found you!! I'm 73 years young and I've been binge watching you for the last week. I look in the mirror and the results I see are amazing!! I'm finding the same thing, I mean, I try so hard with my clean eating but I have been so sluggish and finding it hard to shift any weight at all...these routines definitely help. I'm 61 and it all seemed to have come to a grinding halt until now...Thank you Imi

Thank you Amy I do your massages as well as your exercises and Been doing for 4 days. It is also helping me mentally and my panic attacks. If you don’t think this is working just give it at least a month and see how you go. That is all from Australia.

@@pinkyssj4 so I had like a dent in my stomach next to the scar and it's less noticeable but still there I think if I would have kept doing it, it would be even less noticeable.

Thanks a lot Imi. I’m using your advices on exercises. They are always helpful. I am 66 years and I lose 4 kgs. in a month. Do you have any exercises for eye problems? I’m having glaucoma. If there are any, please advice me. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

All of these exercises help my back soooo much! I am always feeling my back react and loosen up. Also the stomach pulling made my stomach start making noises. Lol love these exercises because they release instant good feelings.
