I was stunned at how long it took him to answer, like he genuinely wasn't sure. I'm not necessarily convinced he was deliberately tanking that interview. @bored_potato10 ай бұрын
@@zekeiwa5837ive said it once, ill say it again: Boogie is how people would have perceived Bojack had we didnt watch the entire show. We find it easier to sympathize with Bojack because we've seen his story, his intimate moments where he has the potential to be good but at the end of the day, is his own worst enemy. That's why the people who have watched the show, or at least some them, tend to romanticize him and/or believe and that he isnt so "bad". But Boogie on the other hand, how a lot of people react to him now is how the people in the show reacted to Bojack after his 2nd interview. They dont know he had a shitty childhood, that he has issues and he's trying to be better, that when he did some of the worst things in his life, it wasnt out of malice or pure evilness. However, something crucial to remember is that you're not judged for your intentions, but for your actions and their consequences, and the show made that gradually clear as every episode passed by. And even if Hollywoo did know about his sad life, it doesnt matter to them--without that connection the audience developed while watching the show, they find it easier to condemn him because the only thing that truly mattered at the end of the day was that Bojack still did those things, and no amount of tragic backstory is going to help erase or lessen the consequences of those actions. If a so-called Arkansas 8 seemed genuinely interested in me for any reason it would be one of the happiest days of my life and a confidence booster for all the decades to come.

@@kevin6742 He's simply filling in the other half of the equation. I don't date fat people, It's not fat shaming I just find them gross. What he's pointing out is the hypocrisy boogie is showing by the fact he can see how gross it is for women to be this obese but he himself is "fine". He is not fine, he needs to learn how to not stuff his face with food all the time.

Had a girlfriend like this before I met my current wife. No matter how much effort i put in, no matter what I did to try to better our lives and our situation she was always ready at a moments notice to rip it down and pull the anxiety and depression card. We couldnt even talk normally and have a typical conversation because the moment I'd try to relieve some stress from my day by either talking about it or just unwinding with a hobby, she'd immediately turn it on its head. You can only help people who want to help themselves, and when people dont want to help themselves, theres nothing you can do.

Damn man im similar with your ex and was the very same reason why she broke up with me recently because of self pity and depression which i ended up emotionally hurting her, i had so much regrets and made me realize that i should learn to love and improve myself first :(( not being a defeatist
