I really loved this workout! I am just getting over being sick for a whole week and really wanted to get back into working out slowly. I moved a bit slower and used lighter weights than normal, but this was perfect! When I am really feeling 100% I want to do this one again with my heavier weights and bit more intensity. ❤️ Loved this all floor workout!
