Penny, I wish I had found your videos years ago. I love that my workouts are maximized burning calories while building strength. I just burned 325 calories doing this workout, which is a lot for someone 5ft tall. Thank you!

A great workout. Yes, the key aspect is to choose appropriate weights for your fitness level and have a variety of weights at hand. Great combination of exercises and in a different pattern.

Day 36! 🐍I loved this format ! I was challenged after the 2nd superset! However, after seeing your story on YT, I couldn't help but be distracted by the fact you were pushing through this workout while your garage was flooding! The dedication , thanks again Penny !

Awesome!! Loved it! Ps. You asked about 10 min challenge ideas - how about a challenge for each body part. Could do some as alternating supersets with opp body parts. 😉. Also do an upper ab challenge; lower ab; oblique; plank, etc

🐍 I have done Phramid style workouts, but not the same way as yours. I found yours to move quicker, and was so easy to follow, too. Loved it.

Yes Penny we know we’re getting to the end of the challenge when you do a workout like this for a Monday! So sad it’s nearly over but am SO pleased I joined you on this I feel so much fitter! YAY!! So happy you feel that way Lucie!! I definitely feel exhausted. Not so much from the workouts but from all the filming, editing and uploading every day. That definitely takes a toll 🤪 I feel like I got my abs in better shape so I definitely like to continue adding more ab routines to the workouts and as individual workouts:) Thank you for asking too 😘
