I don’t think she was lying. First why would the kids vandalize the car while there were people in it? That would guarantee that they would get in trouble because there would be witnesses to identify them. Why would they do that if they didn’t have assurance from an adult that they could? Second one of the kids who vandalized the car was the the defendant’s daughter. Why would the defendant stand by while her daughter and her friends vandalized a car if she didn’t tell them to do it? Finally why wouldn’t the defendant bring her daughter to testify knowing that she was a witness to the incident? Her daughter is probably the one person who could corroborate her testimony. Why risk losing the case to someone you obviously hate.

Why wouldn't she taunt you instead? I don't think she did anything to the lady's car, and even if she did there's no proof of it. This is the one time I will say that Milian should've stuck to her "you have to have evidence that this occurred". Children lie all of the time, I watched a 5 year old blatantly lie and tell me "I'll tell so and so that so and so said this so I can see how they'll react". I was in utter disbelief and had to record it for proof 🤷🏾♀️🙃. So if a 5 year old would lie just to cause mischief- why wouldn't a 13 year old lie to gain something a lot more valuable? Judge’s summarisation was spot on. Both disgraceful role models… PERIOD

The defendant did it!!! The way she walked in and is staring at the plaintiff…lemme finish watching🤣😂

Plaintiff must have listened to the VM too many times to mouth every word on Q. Think the little girl lying. Defendant was madder than heck on VM to being accused of vandalism.

chile. that little girl was apart of the vandalism and instead of her getting in trouble i’m sure they made an agreement for her to be a witness against the defendant. come on judge

And it just keeps getting handed down from family to family. I knew before the Judge even asked where Devon was where he would be. JAIL! Always the same story but with different women.
@CalmQuiet72 жыл бұрын
the 13 year old lied, the reason why she claimed its not her so that they don't have to pay for the damages, simple. I feel the judgment was wrong.
@carliebk172 жыл бұрын
Exactly my point. And not only that but the plaintiff gets to mess with the defendant

Damn, not what I expected, I don't agree with the ruling. But then again just my opinion
@carachase20072 жыл бұрын
Right! I was thinking she would be awarded half of what she asked from the defendant. Then I figured judge would say to sue the parent/guardian of the little girl who testified in this case to participating in the vandalism for the other half of the judgement! 🤷🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
@DeeSol282 жыл бұрын
I don’t agree with the ruling. Kids can be coached and that plaintiff look like that’s something she would do. There was no real proof but a little girls testimony that can be easily influenced. Hearing the VM confirmed that the defendant was innocent cause I’d be pissed as hell too

Judge is confused why the little girl would defend the other lady and lie for her. When the child admitted she allowed someone to tell her to go beat someone up. That little girl does whatever other people tell her what to do. She's easy to manipulate.

Can you imagine having to live in these neighborhoods
@arianefr782 жыл бұрын
The judge is so out of touch with the way of life in certain neighbourhoods, that she believes a 13 year old wouldn't lie, ha ha ha, what's her motif?, probably something of monetary value and she is the daughter of the plaintiff after all. How dumb can the judge be? And thinking that a little talking down is going to change their way of thinking and doing in life. This is their way, they know nothing else and will pass on this legacy to their children, hence the reason the daughter did lie, because her devoid of morals mother told her to...

I don’t think the judge had enough proof to implicate the defendant. Based on a child’s testimony? It was a time of chaos. I could understand if there were several witnesses saying the same thing. Wrong judgement on this one!

Crazyyy judge Millian. That little girl is lying I can see that from a mile away. Judge Millian come on! 🙄🙄 If she is to pay because it's her daughter that started it fine but to imply she instigated it bogust. Anyways defendant stay away from that woman and that man, you can do better. Plaintiff is messy, tasteless and classless. Hope she buys some self worth with the money and forget the car.
@ButtonsCasey2 жыл бұрын
Good thing. She doesnt have to pay anything and it doesnt go on her record. Lol. The only thing that really happened to the defendant is the world got to see what a mess she is. Plantiff as well.
