Judge Millian spoke facts today in that courtroom! She was not pleased with those two to say the least! If a man wants another woman for whatever reason, it's pretty simple, you step aside and be on your way, because you don't have to stay in that relationship and be made to feel that you aren't worthy. I don’t think she was lying. First why would the kids vandalize the car while there were people in it? That would guarantee that they would get in trouble because there would be witnesses to identify them. Why would they do that if they didn’t have assurance from an adult that they could? Second one of the kids who vandalized the car was the the defendant’s daughter. Why would the defendant stand by while her daughter and her friends vandalized a car if she didn’t tell them to do it? Finally why wouldn’t the defendant bring her daughter to testify knowing that she was a witness to the incident? Her daughter is probably the one person who could corroborate her testimony. Why risk losing the case to someone you obviously hate.

@@ButtonsCasey obviously you misunderstood my point so I edited it to clarify. Most teenagers seek to do what they they want without getting caught. Why would the kids do something that would guarantee that they get caught unless they had some assurance from an adult that they could vandalize the car? I don't see why if she called and bothered leaving a voicemail- (and she's so pissed about the plaintiff "lying on her name") if she did do it? Like it doesn't make sense. Why wouldn't she taunt you instead? I don't think she did anything to the lady's car, and even if she did there's no proof of it. This is the one time I will say that Milian should've stuck to her "you have to have evidence that this occurred". Children lie all of the time, I watched a 5 year old blatantly lie and tell me "I'll tell so and so that so and so said this so I can see how they'll react". I was in utter disbelief and had to record it for proof 🤷🏾‍♀️🙃. So if a 5 year old would lie just to cause mischief- why wouldn't a 13 year old lie to gain something a lot more valuable? Be it money, avoiding potential jail time/community service, etc.

That child has every reason to lie, she's old enough to get coached and lie for the plaintiff. I've seen it happen before. The entire case is crazy... i just hope they just move on with their lifes. Even tho I think the plaintiff still thinks it's cute cause she "won".

Lalala maybe, but I thought the defendant mentioned there being 40 kids wrecking her car. Could be wrong. And Tee, that’s exactly my feeling on it, She knew that physically showing up at someone’s home, trespassing and destroying their property, was only going to escalate the situation, someone could have gotten hurt or worse, and she’s not in the least bit concerned, has no remorse, she’s completely indifferent. Maybe if she has to come out of pocket for her stupidity she’ll stop and think next time.

Why didn't JM ask how far they live from each other? How old is the daughter and how did her daughter get there? And why was her daughter there in the first place? And why didn't she bring her daughter court? She put herself at the scene and didn't say she told the kids to stop or even stop her own child from vandalizing her car. So you see your child vandalizing a person's property and you don't say anything?! That's an admission of guilt by itself. Deplorable, despicable and disgusting behavior on her part.

@arianefr78
@arianefr78 2 жыл бұрын
The judge is so out of touch with the way of life in certain neighbourhoods, that she believes a 13 year old wouldn't lie, ha ha ha, what's her motif?, probably something of monetary value and she is the daughter of the plaintiff after all. How dumb can the judge be? And thinking that a little talking down is going to change their way of thinking and doing in life. This is their way, they know nothing else and will pass on this legacy to their children, hence the reason the daughter did lie, because her devoid of morals mother told her to...
