The plaintiff says she and the defendant used to be friends - until she stole money from the plaintiff through a PayPal scam. She’s suing her ex-friend to get the money back. The defendant says she has no idea what her former friend is talking about and denies taking anything.

It’s cause PayPal has fraud protection and cash app does not. She sent the money via paypal(cause you can cancel the transaction), asked her to send it back via cash app(cause you can’t cancel the transaction), and went on to PayPal and cancelled it. I know cause it’s happened to my stupid ass before. Lmao. IDFW cash app anymore because of that. No way to dispute it at all.

Once you cut ties with someone never forget why you did that. I allowed myself to reconnect with an old friend who had betrayed me and an ex husband. I learned pretty quickly that they were both mistakes I was repeating and didn't waste much time to redisconnect . I will never again reconnect with anyone else that I have deliberately cut ties with in the past .
