I think both are liars because at 2:08 the plaintiff said she asked her boss for 700 a week after first loan on 10/5. Then she said a month and a half later in the case. If she paid the first amount in person she would've known if it was more due. She also said as she was giving her the money her grandma called for her to pick up a check. So why didn't she keep her money. The defendant owed the 365 and should've just gave it back even if the deal was payment on rides. They should've handled each transaction separately.

I dont think u should accept large amounts of money without it being clearly stated as a gift or a loan and same for giving out money. if you are loaning money, make sure its an amount u can afford to not get back because not everyone is honest. And if ur accepting a loan make sure u can pay it back before accepting or expect to go into debt. Now theres so many comments saying "even if it wasnt a loan she should pay it back" and i dont agree that that shoyld ve an expectation. if someone gifts you money saying u dont have to pay it back then dont ask for it back. Everyone isnt able to afford giving money back that wasnt expected to be paid. Now if u can afford it then and u want to show ur gratitude by giving it back (becuase ur able to without hurting ur financial situation) then by all means go ahead! Thats a great way to sat thank you. But it shouldnt be expected if it was a gift.
