Kayla you will never see this comment since you don't read the comments, but... I was subscribed to " The Fly Lady" program back in the day and I mean way back. Her advice was so accurate, so spot on. To this day many years later her messaging still rings true.

The perfectionistic mindset is what makes weight loss so difficult I think. Just make something better today attitude helps me. Not perfect...just better. The little things add up. Decluttering your house is done in five minute chunks a day. It is amazing what five minutes will do over time. Dana K. White from a slpb comes clean says to just make something better today. It works.

The flylady is still around. She has an app with reminders and whatnot. Pretty sure she has a twitter page, maybe a YT channel?

I still follow the Fly Lady system but I follow Diane in Denmark who follows that system and she’s phenomenal!
