Just so yall know, caffeine is dehydrating, it actually counts against your hydration. Adults should be drinking at least 60-80 ounces of water a day but it’s ideal that you’re drinking close to half your body weight in water. Ex: you weigh 180 lbs so you drink 90+ oz of water a day.
