Jesus’s patience was incredible as they steamrolled right over him 👀 To be fair, I don’t know Pete Holmes, and this was probably a crazy intro to him - but for me, the charm of WHTH is that the problems are silly but they’re taken seriously. This was the first episode I nearly turned off after the first caller - this one was not for me, but I’m looking forward to Thursday’s ep as per usual.

I listen to every episode. Every single one. This was the first one I had to skip. I couldn’t deal with this guest. I felt horrible for the caller. I feel like y’all forgot there was an audience. It’s cool that y’all had so much fun laughing with each other, but it wasn’t really funny to anyone else. It was just loud and obnoxious and didn’t make a ton of sense. I kept expecting the caller to just hang up. I likely would have if it had been me! It seemed as though you forgot he was even there.

Hold up, see... this is why I usually have comments hidden via an extension. Are you people [in the comments] seriously cringing at how "bad" this episode was when, Literally, THAT'S WHAT THE SHOW'S BEEN ABOUT?!? If people wanted REAL advice, they'd call elsewhere and at This point, 100+++ eps in, the caller(s) should Know what they're in for. Not only that, there's a disclaimer at the very end of the episode - if you're listening on a dedicated Podcast app (i.e. Spotify, Pocket Casts, etc.) - that says that "all callers should be adults and make their own decisions" which essentially boils down to.... take their advice with a grain of salt, in MOST cases. They give solid advice more often than not (assuming caller(s) take some advice to heart) but if it sounds like an impossible odd, then be your own adult.... but I digress. Might I beg the Shark and the Social Media Manager(?) something: could you add somewhere at the end or on the end cards, the same Disclaimer Gareth says at the end of audio-only episodes? Otherwise, another great episode. I had to warm up to Pete for a sec but my goodness, he's such a goofball LOL! Also... who leaves their door open at NIGHT?!
