To reach higher levels of martial arts or any sport, Strength and Conditioning is a must! Thanks coach. You’re fight ready program has gotten me feeling and moving more confidently in my mma classes. Also I have been d’arce choking at a much more higher efficient rate now. I am also feeling less sore during the day, because of the structural integrity exercises you give us. Before when I’d only train mma, without any s&c, i’d he banged up the next days. Nowadays, i’m able to take in a much more higher volume of training! Thanks again coach!

If Kevin Lee wins the Eagle FC 165 belt & 175 belt & then returns to the UFC & wins the UFC 170 belt that would really increase the legitimacy & notoriety of Eagle FC which like most of the other smaller promotions is overlooked a lot.

That’s funny you asked that I have the exact same issue. I’ve found relief with dry needling, neck decompression, and you can also look into PRP. For exercises stick with isometrics

im gonna try that first exercise. all i have are 40lbs dumbbells, a pullup bar and a set of rings. ill use my couch as a bench since it seems like you have him stabilizing his body with his core anyway.

Great video! Do you consider isolation/hypertrophy oriented movements to be useful for mma? I take a bodybuilding approach in the gym simply because I want to look good, but I was curious as to whether bodybuilding movements would have a carryover into MMA, or if focusing on heavier compound lifts would be superior. Thanks

This is garbage. Skills and toughness are what matter most. This stuff is a waste of time. Lee isn’t good because lifting weights is all he does. He could be learning how to throw a punch with all this time.

@@joeguyton5365 All Kevin Lee does is “strength and conditioning”. That’s not his issue. His issue is that he punches like a guy who does nothing except lift weights. I would happily spar boxing or even kickboxing with Mr Daru. That weight lifting shit will only hurt his chances. Let’s make it happen. Kevin Lee is a pro fighter and he can’t crack an egg with a punch. Maybe they should work on that…? Most of these S&C guys are really just steroid peddlers.

This Workout is far from garbage, Kevin Lee can't win big fights because his fight IQ is zero. Fought Ferguson with infection, gets clipped from the one strike Diego Sanchez can even throw etc etc.

@@billparsons8251 They should probably work on his fighting skills. I swear all the guy does is this kind of thing. You know what else is strength and conditioning??? ACTUAL BOXING TRAINING! Which he needs really really bad. He punches like a weight lifter because that’s all he does. He punches like he’s holding a 5 lb dumbbell in his hands.
