Was shocked, the 1st thing she had me do was eat more and more often but different. I hate salads so she has never once tried to push those on me. She took a few weeks to find out what My tastes are and guided me toward healthy versions of what I like. She even put me on a daily protein shake that I kid you not, taste exactly like chips-ahoy cookies. Turns out I can lose weight, eat what I like and never feel hungry. It’s a win win.

Yeah I agree there too. Why is it totally fine to shame someone for being thin or athletic with "you're so skinny, you should eat more", or thinking I'm crazy for wanting to lose fat/weight to be more fit? Then if you say someone is overweight and they should lose some to be healthy, that is a horrible offense?
