Philippines! Exploring Pamilacan Island Underwater!

Taking a little rest from freediving training, I wen't with some friends to Pamilacan Islands to freedive! I've always wanted to dive Pamilacan island but I just never got the time to do it. We departed from Panglao and spent the day diving around the island. The reef there was really nice and healthy with schools of large fish as well. All in all a great day of diving and a great little adventure!

Moalboal is also a good spot. Just a shame that tourists are trashing it. But the drop off was also other-worldly. Just a tip, if you’ll ever go there, you need to go diving early in the morning so there’s less tourist.

Thodeus simple tips, diet is everything. Wake up, coffee or water, nothing else for at least a few hours. Your body will burn fat reserves. Eat anything you like for a late lunch. If you can, light dinner, chicken, veggies, rice etc. and most important of all... SMALL changes. So your body can slowly adapt. I quit soda a long time ago, and now I don’t like them. I used to drink so much. Something simple like that goes a long way. Take your time. Goodluck!

if you are in the Phils, and you are staying long there, i advise, upload one video per week, and surely, the yt-algorithm-god with the help of Filipinos, will double your subsciber count, hehe. It's what foreign lifestyle youtubers are doing, if they want to increase subscribers, they stay longer in the philippines and make lots of videos about the country.
