Hi Milen glad to see you back! Just wondering if you can give me your expertise regarding a problem I am having with my Saeco Starbuck Sirena. I am having some black particles (flakes) coming out of my steam wand once it is ready to use(solid light for steamer). Also I would like to mention that there is no black particles coming out of the group head. I recently did a descaled the machine and checked the black washer in the steam wand assemble and it is ok. Any insight into this issue would greatly be appreciated.

Can you please help i have saeco lirika. The problem is on lcd red servis error 5. When i turn it on it shows one from and an arrow circle on lcd. Starts brewing unit turns and getting ready. Than it turns back. Than the machine pumps the water under it. There is no Blockage.

Brilliant,.I have a Saeco Talea Touch Plus, and getting Priming water Circuit, 5 times then the wrench restart to solve problem,.after many tries sometimes i get the message dispensing failed

Pump makes a lot of noise.. when warming up. I'm gonna try to change the plastic ball and see if the mushroom valve is the issue. Thankss

Смених гумичките на ръкохватката, смазах я, пооправи се, но все още продължава да има проблем... Когато е включена сама пуска вода издава звуци на включване и изключване на програма. Според теб на какво се дължи това?

Hi, I have a problem with my coffee machine, when I turn it on, only the coffee selection lights light up in a circle and there are no sounds, the pump is silent and after about 1 minute, all three red errors come on. what could be the problem? I note that there is a new ulka pump and a new motherboard, but the problem is still the same. Please help.

Here's how I solved the problem, the thermal sensors on the water heater burned out and that's why the program stopped and after a minute reported an error, all three leds were flashing. For a test, I connected direct heaters without a thermal sensor and the device worked, but the water still flowed weakly, drop by drop. The limescale cleaning liquid really effectively cleaned the water heater and now the device works like the first day, and the thermal sensors have been ordered, so I will install them later.
