I use to watch Daddy Jacks vids all the time. I fell off for awhile and stumbled across this Cheese Steak vid. I usually don't read the comments but this time i did for some reason. I was literally STUNNED to read that Daddy Jack has passed on. I had watched at least 100 of his cooking videos over the years and i felt like i knew him personally although I've never actually met him. I will miss you Jack as will 1000's of others who enjoyed watching you cook all those delicious meals. The earth lost a great man but, heaven has gained an Angel. Heart felt prayers go out to Jacks family & friends! You will be missed by many. R.I.P. Chef!

Do whatever you want to your Philly cheesesteak but never slice the bread all the way.

That kitchen just screams experience. And daddy jack is always as humble as can be, giving life tips while telling stories just like that favourite uncle growing up. God bless ya

Been watching this man since the beginning. Very sad he's gone. But he's still cooking with the blues in a better place.
