I love the talk show idea. It’s needed. My daughter at the age of 12 asked if we could become vegans. I didn’t even know what that was. 😂 I supported her, but I realize she was God sent and so was her message. I’m 51 and my vitals are always fantastic. My doctor said once that she wouldn’t have any patients if they all did what I was doing. Of course I exercise and get 8 hours a sleep. I don’t just feel great physically but emotionally and mentally. I feel more focused and in control. My body is a temple and my health is my wealth.

@maureens2812 Жыл бұрын
@@L4TRUTH Going oil free was so much easier than I thought. Just Google whatever you want to do and someone will show you. Basically using this site and a few others will give you oil free recipes. But for example if you are trying to brown onions just use broth instead of oil to not have them stick. But onions have a lot of water and you may not need the broth. Also, once your taste buds change and they will, you can use water if you prefer.

Excellent interview. It's weird because I somehow stumbled onto Charlie's IG page about six months ago & I have watched several of his & his wife's interviews & just last night I stumbled on Javant's IG page in a similar manner. I've been eating a WFPBD for nearly nineteen years now but I still need to dial it in a bit & Javant, your recipes, outlook, & enthusiasm is just the ticket to motivate me. We're on a very similar path you & me. I read the same books, became a certified holistic nutritionist, etc. I just need to exercise more, plain & simple. Now, the problem I have with discovering folks like Charlie & Javant is that we are all living in different corners of the world. Wouldn't be nice if we could all be neighbors? I live in a part of the southeast that does not eat this way, nor are they too quick to want to learn about it making it difficult to find certain foods. Anyway, great interview guys, much appreciated.

@@healthyveganeating Like it or not - you are my vegan "guru".
