God bless you both for taking the time to share. Very informative. I'm almost 74years of age. Had surgery in2014 June. .... C Breast cancer. Did not have any treatment. Dr said it was not progressive Cancer, it was Local. It reocurried October 2020. Had Masectomy May 2022. Thyroid surgery 21st August. Two Major surgeries in less than three months. What awesome God we serve. I never liked coffee, but I started to drink sometimes I had it about 2018 not regularly. I feel for it but don't have it. I don't know if it's good for me. Blessings.

An ounce of nuts and seeds is a very small amount and is OK and recommended. The problem is if you tell people it is ok to eat nuts and seeds they don't stop at an ounce. They eat handfuls which is too much. A teaspoon of flax on oatmeal in the morning is great. Crumble up a walnut half and sprinkle it on top. The key message is don't over do it. Too many people think if a little is good a lot is better.

It's awesome that Keren Smith, RDN, is so knowledgeable about cancer-causing foods. It would be awesome if the doctors that treat people with surgery and prescribed medication would be educated about how foods cause cancer, which to stay away from, and which to eat more of. I'd like to see doctors get more education on diet wellness and how to prevent problems than just treating them after the fact. If they were able to recommend a diet for those who have health issues like type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and the like. I see doctors just prescribing medication and surgery but never advising on how people can help themselves with a proper diet. That would be awesome if that would happen. I know people have a big responsibility of taking this into their own hands, but a lot of what is advertised is for the good of the industry that is selling the food we eat. In addition, there is a lot behind the scenes which happens with big industries/corporations selling products that are bad for human consumption and fighting to prevent information from being published for the public to see.

Elsie Norback bravo; you hit the nail on the head !! To put things in a nutshell: the pharmaceutical companies are certainly not happy about the fact, that people take less drugs and seek more and more natural solutions. They loose a lot of money. And yes, educating people to prevent medical problems, meaning eating healthy, should start, in my opinion, at school by teaching the children what all that lovaly junk food does to their bodies !! If they learn this at a young age it might sink into their young brains thus as grownups they will have allready better eating habits and knowledge about nutrition. But for the time being, alas, I don't see it yet. Greetings from the Middle East. 🥬🍅🥬🥑🐪

1) I’m vegan because I don’t want to be mean to any animals: not dogs, pigs, cats, cows, chickens, turkeys, lambs, rabbits, or anyone at all! 2) I’m vegan because I like to help the environment by not depleting the oceans of fish or to take the whales out and force them to do tricks in swimming pools. 3) I’m vegan because I don’t want to pay anyone to burn down the rain forests to grow crops for cows who we created in the first place. I’d rather not rape cows into existence to begin with. I’d rather eat the plants directly instead of filtering them through an innocent animal who doesn’t deserve to die. 4) I’m vegan because I don’t want to pay anyone to pin down mother cows & force them to be pregnant and then to kidnap their baby boy cow for the purpose of murdering them, just so people can steal their milk and sell it in stores to use for their taste pleasure. 5) I’m vegan because, if I don’t feel right eating bacon, sausage or ham, because that means paying people in the pork industry to cut the tails, testicles & teeth off baby boy pigs & kill them at just 6 months old. I just don’t want anyone to do that to them. 6) I’m vegan because I don’t want to just say that I think animals have moral value. I want to show it with my actions. 7) I’m vegan because if you were the victim, I’d also protect you. 8) I’m vegan because I believe in telling the truth, in learning and in trying to undo the harm I did in the past. 🍊

You can't live without killing something, you never will. You couldn't have been born without your parents killing something. If your grandparents hadn't eaten meat, your parents wouldn't have been born and neither would you. Imagine all the rabbits and small animals that are mowed up with those million dollar machines that are taking up wheat. Thousands of them. They're going into the flour as well. Enjoy your bread and cereal. When you pick up your phone, remember, even it couldn't have been made without death millions of things. Grow up.

James Gross, sugar does not cause cancer but if you went through surgery to get rid of a tumor, you are definitely advised to keep away from the sugar, since sugar is THE favorite food for the cancer. It means no sugar in coffee or tea, and not eating sugary things like ice creams, cakes, puddings etc. Maybe it sounds a bit harsh but I do it already for years and I am still enjoying my life and smiling. 😊

We found that all tested breast tumor tissues contain a higher concentration of oxalates than their counterpart non-pathological breast tissue." Check your diet.

The oxalates are connected to the mineral known as floride. The things people eat, that trigger high insulin responses because of sugar, are also high in floride. The food coma response... Cancer feeds on sugar and a damaged protein - connected to a floridated carcinogen. 🔥💭 Especially cooked, burnt, scorched, grilled...charred, carbone. See..."carbon"ation/fermentation. - Your welcome...

@StanDupp6371
@StanDupp6371 2 жыл бұрын
@@realrosesforever3847 You can find a list of high oxalate foods. If you eat a balanced diet in moderation for most people they will have no problems with oxalates as long as they stay away from consuming too much of the highest ones. Some people eliminate 1 of the basic food groups and so they have to double up on something else like foods with too high oxalates and then they might have a problem. It's just something to be aware of.

Great info! I'm going to have oatmeal, lentil soup and a yam for breakfast and top it off with coffee and soy milk!😲...do you have some opinion about highly processed plant based meats such as Beyond Meat and the Impossible Burger (in the USA) which are highly processed and have a high salt content. I eat these a lot along with occasional fish. Despite the high sodium, my blood pressure is acceptable. Thanks!

Veggie burgers are easy to make.. mix cooked lentils with oats, whole wheat flour, vegetables - form into patties and bake… btw carob powder mixed In soy milk is a decent coffee substitute

Fake meat products such as Beyond Meat are loaded with fat to make them juicy. Fat is the enemy of the vegan diet, as the fat contributes to heart disease. I know they're convenient, but best to just make your own.

I have a very hard time believing meat is the villain. If you watch the way a PET scan is conducted it's done with the use of glucose and the cancers go mad eating it up. It's glucose they love. That's what cancer is after in our food and we've been adding more and more and more to it for the last six or seven decades. Before that cancer really wasn't much of a problem and nether was any of our modern diseases. This woman is doing what many are doing in the past decade, trying hard to turn people vegan and succeeding. Now we have soy in all our food. Brought to America by the Seventh Day Adventist Church. It's even in our medicines now.

I'm sick of brainwashing vegan doctors trying to tell us meat is killing us. We've been eating meat since we crawled out of the trees millions of years ago. It made out brains bigger and we've never had cancers like this until we started shoving sugar and chemicals in our guts.

Wow Chuck hates onions? What lol he's not my friend anymore 😂 jk jk... onions can be a bit strong. If you want to give onions a try, I recommend getting the purple or white onions or the sweet onions and rinse them with water. You can also let them sit in water or vinegar for a few minutes and they will have less onion flavor.
