Wasn’t sure I could do “intermediate” but thought I would give it a try and just do the best I could. Much to my surprise I was able to do all the moves, a couple of which were new. Enjoyed the challenge and the pace. Thanks, Rachel!

Yes the roll down worked but I do not roll onto the shoulders, it is a start however. 🎉 I can have trust in myself that I won't have pain. The exercise on the side was difficult especially on the left side. Thank you😊😅.

I did this on Friday and found it quite hard. I did it again this morning (Sunday) and found it a lot easier. I do really think it is a good idea to do the session on a Friday (or Monday) and try to do just those exercises all week to see how much we can improve in that time.

Thank you for the videos, I’ m starting to enjoy. If I may… I think that it would be useful to see an exercise both from the side AND from the front/ back , in order to see the position of feet & knees.

Thanks for your suggestion on filming angles, if you look at my videos you’ll see I do live sessions and prefilmed sessions- the pre filmed sessions have two cameras whereas the live have one because I run the livestream on my own in the studio ( no cameras person to help!) Hope that makes sense, but I will try and change angles to make things clearer. Thanks and have a great day!
