This is great. listening to Juan talking about how he had changed through COVID made me think how challenge and hardship offers the opportunity for growth and reflection. Also I notice all the time when teaching that clients want to hand over their autonomy to me as the ‘expert’ to tell them what to do and how to do it. There is a perception that unless someone is checking they are doing it ‘right’ they won’t be gaining as much from the experience. Changing that learning model will take some time on conscious effort on everyone’s part I think.
