WELCOME BACK!!!!! Congratulations on your new baby boy. I'm sure I can say for everyone, we've missed you. This was an incredible class. I added a yellow for the first 1/2 and then followed your recommendations. Cueing is as always perfect.

I love reformer workouts because all levels could do the same workout, you can just change spring tension, as you did, to make the workout harder. 😊💪

Thanks so much, love to hear that! I definitely do try to work at a slower pace to concentrate on the muscles being worked and not using momentum as well as form! Proper form is so important in pilates. 💪

Thank you for this workout, it was AWESOME! To be honest, I had stopped doing your workouts because I found them too difficult for me. My sister did this one a few days ago and suggested it so I tried it and LOVED it! Perfectly within my capabilities and thoroughly enjoyed it. It's my favourite online workout in a long, long time! Thank you so much for taking the time away from your new bundle of joy to record it.
