I did the standing sections without falling over! Since my injury I’ve been afraid to try any standing work, but my leg has been getting stronger since I started your videos. Great video!

First off, thank you for making this when you probably didn’t really feel like it. Even so, it is the best yet! Did it this morning and can really feel that I used my core and glutes, even the muscles in my armpits. Not sure about the reverse long stretch- I’ve never been shown it. Possibly why my armpits are a bit sore. This one will be on repeat.

Thank you, Kyla 💗🖤🙏 I was definitely zonked, but I glad that I did it, and I love to hear this! Long back stretch is one of those tricky ones - mine is only okay, and I’ve been working at it for a while now. You can think of it like a reverse plank with a tricep dip if coordination is part of what you’re working on. Armpit soreness may be from lats or serratus working harder than usual, which (unless you have pain vs. soreness) is typically positive 💜

Is your back imprinted while doing coordination and triceps ?

There are two schools of thought on this - I generally teach a neutral spine here (as this is how I was trained), but an imprinted spine is also fine, especially in cases where maintaining a neutral spine with the legs extended puts too much pressure on the lower back.
