Day 5 of my Pilates Reformer Workout Challenge - brand new for 2024! Each of the 7 daily videos contains an express workout that covers the whole body - some workouts a little more spice in certain areas. You can do these workouts daily, or pace yourself and space them out. No props are required, and they are appropriate for all levels.
Today's workout covers the whole body, with extra work on legs and glutes.

Foot work was incredible, the bridge series was so hard for me, and the bicycles on me loomed very sloppy compared to you! Great workout! Thqnks again! Btw, I got resubscribed! So happy😊

You aren’t the only one that is a little sore. I felt those lower abs quick during the arm series. Also added another spring to the bridges since my hamstrings were going crazy. I even stretched before. Anyway, the hamstring stretches were a nice addition and the single leg foot in strap helped too. Any chance for a stretching class at the end of this challenge?
