Day 6 of my Pilates Reformer Workout Challenge - brand new for 2024! Each of the 7 daily videos contains an express workout that covers the whole body - some workouts a little more spice in certain areas. You can do these workouts daily, or pace yourself and space them out. No props are required, and they are appropriate for all levels.
Today's workout covers the whole body, with extra work for your core and abs.

I find going slower and deliberate, much more work than rushing... even though 20 mins, its was great work! Feel it everywhere.

I've enjoyed all of the classes in this challenge but this is by far my favorite. I will be doing this one on repeat.

I agree with @ashmerko. Did this this morning and continued with day 7. This class will be on repeat. Even though you’ve done all these exercises before, I always feel like you are upping your game with your depth of instruction. The best on KZbin!

Thanks so much, Jennifer! I added 3 bonus days onto the challenge in my membership, and I posted another 20-minute session today (not officially part of the challenge, but very much in line with the full body express focus). There will be aa bonus stretch session going up later this week. Also, by request of a few members, I will be posting weekly suggested workout plans starting tomorrow, to help keep the guided workout plan going after the challenge days are over, as I received some feedback that people really liked not having to think about which workouts to do next while they were doing the challenge. If you have any other questions I can help with, please let me know!
